Seeing an opportunity in March of 2020 to create a product for people stuck at home, Sam Wander, Olivia Seely, and I created a jigsaw puzzle brand. Built on our previous entrepreneurial success with Game of Phones, we rapidly developed and launched a new company within a few months that we continue to run today.

Olivia Seely, Sam Wander, and I created the entire concept for Different Puzzles, developed it as a business and now oversee all aspects of its operations including design, production, marketing, retailer/manufacturer relationship management, budget, and growth strategy.

Piecing together a new approach to a classic pastime
Launched in November of 2020, Different Puzzles was founded to make puzzles that are, well… different. We started the brand with the intention of bringing playful trickery to an otherwise predictable activity. By hiding surprises throughout our designs, we set out to create the most delightfully amusing puzzles you’ve ever experienced.
